Trip Waiver & Release

I understand that travel, including but not limited to international travel, group travel, excursions, tours, water activities, and transportation, involves inherent risks including personal injury, illness, property damage, or death.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in any A Dose of Travels group trip, excursion, or event, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue A Dose of Travels LLC, its owner(s), agents, representatives, employees, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me while participating in any A Dose of Travels trip or event.

This release includes, but is not limited to, liability arising from the negligence of A Dose of Travels LLC or its agents, whether passive or active.

I understand and acknowledge that all payments made to A Dose of Travels LLC are non-refundable. I have read and agree to the full Refund & Transfer Policy as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

I understand that unused services, missed flights, no-shows, voluntary trip interruptions, or changes made after travel begins do not qualify for a refund.

I understand that A Dose of Travels LLC strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance. I have been offered the opportunity to purchase travel insurance through Faye Travel Insurance at checkout.

If I declined travel insurance, I accept full responsibility for any costs arising from trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, lost baggage, or other travel-related incidents.

I certify that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in this trip. I agree to notify A Dose of Travels of any health conditions, disabilities, or dietary restrictions that may affect my travel experience prior to departure.

I understand that most vendors do not provide personal medical assistance, and I may need to bring a companion to assist with any special needs.

I take full responsibility for ensuring I have all required travel documents, including a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity beyond my travel dates), visas, vaccinations, entry forms, and any other destination-specific requirements.

I understand that A Dose of Travels LLC is not responsible for denied boarding or denied entry due to documentation issues.

I agree to conduct myself in a respectful, safe, and lawful manner throughout the trip. I understand that A Dose of Travels LLC reserves the right to remove any traveler from a trip whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of vendor rules or local laws, without refund of any paid amounts.

I grant A Dose of Travels LLC permission to use photos and/or videos captured during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes across digital and print platforms, unless I provide written notice opting out prior to the trip.

I understand that A Dose of Travels LLC is not responsible for events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or supplier shutdowns. In such cases, any refunds or credits are governed entirely by supplier policies.

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas. If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
