Reservations may be made via www.doseoftravels.com, via your TravelJoy proposal/invoice link, or by contacting A Dose of Travels LLC directly.

Clients must book using the full legal name exactly as it appears on the government-issued ID or passport that will be used for travel.

• Any name corrections or changes requested after booking may result in supplier penalties.
• If travel documents have been issued, clients are responsible for all name-change fees charged by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, or other vendors.

Reservations can be made using major debit/credit cards through our secure booking and invoicing systems. A deposit (if applicable) is due at the time of booking to secure space and pricing. Payment plans may be available depending on the trip/package and supplier rules.

Late Payments: If a balance remains unpaid after the final payment due date, your reservation may be subject to cancellation and/or supplier penalties.

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, you agree to contact A Dose of Travels LLC to attempt resolution. Chargebacks may:

• Trigger supplier cancellation of your reservation
• Result in complete loss of reservation
• Cause additional fees and penalties
• Restrict future bookings with A Dose of Travels

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper documents required for travel, including passports, visas, vaccinations (if required), entry forms, and any destination-specific requirements.

Passport Validity: Many destinations require passports to be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates and may require blank pages for entry stamps.

A Dose of Travels does not control or guarantee entry into any country and is not responsible for denied boarding or denied entry due to documentation issues.

On every checkout page, you will be given the option to accept or decline travel insurance before completing your booking. A Dose of Travels strongly recommends travel insurance and proudly offers Faye Travel Insurance.

Travel insurance may provide coverage for trip cancellation/interruption, baggage issues, delays, medical emergencies, and more. Coverage varies by plan and eligibility.

Important: Some enhanced coverage options — including "Cancel For Any Reason" in certain markets — can be time-sensitive and may need to be purchased soon after your initial deposit.

Provided full payment is received by the final payment due date, travel documents and final instructions are typically sent about 30 days prior to departure (or earlier when available). Delivery may be via email and/or your TravelJoy portal.

All prices are per person unless otherwise stated. Prices can change due to airfare fluctuations, limited inventory, supplier changes, taxes/fees, fuel surcharges, and exchange rates where applicable.

In the event of a pricing error, A Dose of Travels reserves the right to correct the invoice. If you choose not to accept the corrected price, your remedy is cancellation subject to supplier rules.

Room occupancy (single/double/triple) and bedding requests are requests only and are not guaranteed. Hotels assign rooms based on availability. Check-in/out times and resort policies are set by the hotel.

Transfers and inclusions are provided only as stated in your proposal/invoice. Airlines and suppliers may change schedules, equipment, routing, or policies at any time. A Dose of Travels is not responsible for airline schedule changes, seat assignments, delays, or cancellations.

If you book a land-only package or deviate from scheduled dates, you may be responsible for your own transfers and related costs.

To protect the experience of all travelers, A Dose of Travels reserves the right to refuse service, remove, or decline continued participation for any traveler whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates vendor rules. Any resulting costs are the traveler's responsibility, and unused services remain non-refundable.

A Dose of Travels is not responsible for events beyond our control including, but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, weather events, government actions, labor strikes, civil unrest, terrorism, pandemics/epidemics, supplier shutdowns, or other events that make travel unsafe or impracticable. In such cases, refunds/credits (if any) are governed by supplier policies.

Travelers needing assistance, mobility devices, or special accommodations should notify A Dose of Travels before booking so we can confirm what is reasonably available. Most vendors do not provide personal assistance, and travelers may need a companion to assist them.

You grant A Dose of Travels LLC permission to use photos/videos captured during group trips or events for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you provide written notice opting out.

A Dose of Travels LLC acts as an agent arranging services provided by independent third-party suppliers — hotels, airlines, tour operators, transportation providers, and others. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these suppliers.

By making a payment and/or submitting a booking authorization, you confirm you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions and the non-refundable nature of travel bookings.
