The Trip Lead Role

A Dose of Travels is seeking Trip Experience Leads to help support and guide our group travel experiences around the world. This is a leadership and customer experience role focused on supporting travelers, helping manage group experiences, and representing the A Dose of Travels brand professionally throughout every trip.

Responsibilities Include

• Supporting travelers before and during trips — from pre-departure questions to on-the-ground logistics
• Assisting with communication and group coordination throughout the experience
• Helping create a positive, organized, and welcoming group environment
• Elevating the overall customer experience at every touchpoint
• Representing A Dose of Travels professionally and graciously at all times

Requirements

• Must have traveled with A Dose of Travels on at least two prior group trips
• Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to travel between 7–16 days depending on the trip
• Must be professional, dependable, and solution-oriented
• Must work well with diverse personalities and group environments

Compensation & Inclusions

Trip Lead compensation is based on the cost of your flight from your home city to the trip destination. Flight coverage is calculated individually using your departure airport at the time of assignment — so your compensation is personalized to you.

• Flight accommodations covered based on the cost from your home city to the destination
• Hotel accommodations throughout the trip
• Meals included within the itinerary
• Activities included within the itinerary
• Single-entry visa reimbursement up to $100 when applicable
